Greenfield Farm and Gardens Policies


To serve beer, wine and champagne venue renters will be asked to choose bartenders from their preferred list of professional servers.


Two attendants will be provided to assist with parking, accept deliveries, set up and take down tables and chairs and assist vendors with our equipment. Attendants will also be available for any questions or issues that arise during the event.


Applicant must notify Greenfield Farm and Gardens LLC in writing of a cancellation.  Cancellations received more than 180 days prior to scheduled event will forfeit the $800 deposit.  In the event the date can be rebooked, half of the deposit will be returned.  Cancellations received 121 to 180 days prior to scheduled event, results in the applicant responsible for paying 50% of venue rental rate.  Any notice of cancellation received less than 120 days prior to the scheduled event shall be responsible for paying the full cost of rental and any other agreed-upon services.


There are no restrictions on the caterer you choose for your event, and you may self-cater. Vendors are welcome anytime during rental hours or by appointment. Food prep facilities available, including two fridge/freezers, stove and microwave.


Our venue will provide ample garbage cans, garbage bags and recycle bins for cleanup. The renter is responsible for removing all personal items and decorations before vacating at 11 p.m. Greenfield Farm and Gardens will take responsibility for the tables, chairs, garbage and recycling.

Deposits and Reservations

A signed rental agreement and nonrefundable $500 deposit are required to reserve your date. The balance of 50% of the rental amount is due 120 days before your event date. The remaining balance of the rental rate is due 60 days prior to your event. We accept cash and checks.

A damage deposit of $400 is due one month before your event. The damage deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you within 14 days after your event provided there is no damage or additional charges.


We require a certificate of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 liability coverage, that also covers alcohol liability, naming Greenfield Farm and Gardens as the additionaly insured. It can be obtained through your homeowners insurance or through WedSafe for $185.

Instructions for using Wedsafe:

  • Go to their website,
  • Click on “Get Started”.
  • Fill out the information about your event, making sure to select the appropriate box for alcohol. Continue to the next page.
  • Where it says “Choose coverage amount”, choose $1,000,000. Continue to the next page.
  • Review the quote and continue.
  • Fill out the information about your event. Where it says, “If buying liability coverage, should this venue be listed as additional insured?”, select Yes.

Music needs to be kept at a reasonable volume at all times. Music is to be terminated no later than 10 p.m.


There is ample space for parking onsite. Two parking attendants are provided on the event day to guide your guests.


Access to power is available for your sound system, lighting or catering equipment.

Pre-Event Meeting

Greenfield Farm and Gardens staff will meet with you a month before your event to go over all the details of your special event.


Only flower petals, bubbles and sparklers are allowed, with prior clearance.


We offer complementary 1-hour rehearsal sessions on the Friday prior to your event. Rehearsals for Saturday weddings take place 4-5 p.m., and rehearsals for Sunday weddings are 5-6 p.m.
